What is a boiler warranty?

Purchasing a brand new boiler means not only finding the ideal product for your home but also a manufacturer that will be there after the installation. That's why manufacturers offer warranties on their boilers.

During warranty periods, the manufacturers will be on hand to make sure that any issues your boiler goes through will be repaired so that you've got a running boiler.

Boiler warranties aren't always as simple as being a length of time that a manufacturer will fondly take care of your boiler as they come with a variety of terms and conditions. Some manufacturers may only cover replacement parts and not labour costs for example.

Who are Zanussi?

Standard Zanussi warranty

Zanussi have a standard of 12 months warranty but with their Ultra Combi Boilers offering 'Ultra Warranty' you can get to 10 years. If you opt for an annual service agreement then you can have total peace of mind that your boiler will always run at peak performance.

What's covered by the warranty

If there's an issue during your warranty that is proved to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials, then they will offer labour and materials free of charge.

Terms and conditions

To activate the warranty, your boiler will need to be registered by the Gas Safe engineer who installed the boiler. During the warranty period, you will need to hire a Gas Safe engineer to carry out an annual service of your Vokera boiler, otherwise it will become invalid.

How to register your warranty

To register your warranty, it will need to be registered by the Gas Safe engineer, if the boiler has already been installed then you'll need to get in touch with the installer.
