The IC28 combi gas boiler is a compact, wall-mounted unit that has been designed and manufactured by ATAG. The compact size, dimensions of 700mm x 440mm x 355mm (hxwxd), mean that the IC28 can fit into a standard sized kitchen cupboard to save you space around the home. ATAG have manufactured a highly efficient unit, as shown by a seasonal efficiency rating of 94% and an ErP A rating. A central heating output rating of 23.2 kW means that the IC28 is perfectly suitable for medium sized homes that don’t have an excessive need for heating and hot water. Also available in the range are outputs of 24kW, 36kW and 40kW which means that there’s a boiler to suit just about any home.
As this is a Combi boiler, it’s a water heater and central heating boiler wrapped into one unit. This means that it doesn’t require a hot water cylinder as it takes its water supply directly from the mains to provide instant hot water on demand.
One of the biggest benefits of the IC28 is that its high energy efficiency rating means you could see a reduction in your energy bills. In addition, it’s a quiet boiler when in operation, it comes with an iCon heat exchanger with a lifetime guarantee, a weather compensator allowing you to never get back to a cold house again and it’s also completely user-friendly to give you maximum control over the unit.
As standard, the ATAG iC28 comes with a 10-year warranty. This can be extended to 14 years when installed with an ATAG ONEZone smart controller, water treatment pack and Adey Atom filter.
