Designed and manufactured by Ferroli, the BLUEHELIX RRT Tech is a condensing system gas boiler that’s compact and wall-mountable to help save space around your home. This is a highly efficient boiler, as shown by the seasonal efficiency rating of 94% and ErP A-rating for heat.
An output rating of 30kW for this model makes it suitable for larger homes with 2 or more bathrooms and a high demand for heating and hot water. Should you not need such a powerful boiler, the BLUEHELIX range also includes outputs of 24 kW and 28 kW, while there’s also a 34 kW unit too for higher heating and hot water demands.
To make this boiler so efficient it has a Ferroli thermobalance heat exchanger, improved insulation over previous models, and wider waterways than standard heating systems, not only helping the efficiency but reducing maintenance too. The BLUEHELIX conforms with ErP regulations and has minimal NOx emissions (<56mg/kWh - class 6) and is compatible with solar PV systems. You won’t need to worry about noise as this is a quiet unit, thanks to the BLUEHELIX Tech RRT range and patented gas adaptive technology ensures optimum combustion if the air density, gas quality or pressure changes, helping to increase comfort.
Installation has been made easy, as has maintenance, thanks to there being fewer components; it has a self-cooling burner door with no insulation panel; there’s an eco function that allows the boiler to only be activated when hot water is used; optional outside weather adjustment; easy-to-use control system for maximum control over the unit and it features a stainless steel combustion chamber, with a smooth steel surface allowing it to reduce deposits, which will help to extend the boiler’s life.
As a system boiler, the BLUEHELIX will directly heat your central heating system and hot water for a storage cylinder. Most of the important parts of the hot water and heating system, such as the pump and expansion vessel, are built into the unit itself, making it much quicker and cleaner to install. This also means that you’ll get a faster response to demand for heating and hot water, plus you don't need to have a feed and expansion tank in the loft as you would with a regular boiler.
Available with a 10 year warranty as standard on parts and labour, when installed with a high-quality magnetic filter, you’ll have peace of mind long after this installation.
