Modena 18s HE is a wall mounted, system gas boiler with an output of 18kW. It is just 60cm in height making it one of the smallest and lightest boilers on the market.
The boiler includes a 5 year parts and labour warranty as standard and you have the option to upgrade it to a 7 or 10 year warranty. The small size of this boiler means it can be placed just about anywhere.
As a boiler with low operating noise levels and only four moving parts, it offers reliability and easy maintenance. There is a choice of mechanical or digital timers or radio controlled room thermostats, for example:
-Mechanical timer
-Digital time
-Digital rf programmable room thermostat
-Mechanical RF programmable room thermostat
-Valve cover
-Rear pipe space frame
There is a choice between natural gas or LPG. It is recommended by the Energy Saving Trust and is also available in 25kW and 32kW.
