This boiler also comes with an output of 12-20kW, perfect for smaller properties with one bathroom that don’t have such a high demand for heating or hot water. You also have the option of other outputs ranging from 20kW-35kW making it perfect for homes with a high or low demand for heating and hot water.
As this is a Regular boiler it needs to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. Making it unsuitable for homes where space is limited. However, as this is a condensing floor standing unit, it’s can be placed outside.
