An output rating of 20kW makes this the perfect boiler for smaller home with only one bathroom and not such a high demand for hot water and heating. It’s not suitable for homes where space is more limited due to the fact that you need a hot water cylinder, which is often fed by a cold water storage cistern located in the attic.
