The Xclusive 36kW Combi is a highly reliable, wall-mounted, condensing, gas boiler that has been designed and manufactured by Intergas.
As a compact unit, it will save you that much-needed space in your home and being a Combi boiler it supplies heating and hot water on demand so there’s no need for any bulky tanks or cylinders.
This highly reliable boiler also comes with a high seasonal efficiency rating of 92%, giving it an ErP A rating. With an output rating of 36kW, the Exclusive is perfect for larger homes with more than one bathroom and also boasts a flow rate of 13.5 litres a minute. Should your heating and hot water demands not be enough for a 36kW boiler, then there are also outputs of 30kW and 24kW.
The many benefits of this boiler include an innovative heat exchanger that has been designed with a 2 in 1 aluminium heat exchanger that integrates both hot water and central heating circuits in the most technologically advanced form, patented design and fully integrated copper piping to ensure maximum heat transfer and minimal heat loss, the central heating and cold water supplies flow directly through the heat exchanger to cool and condense the flue gases fully and extract as much heat as possible - this technology does away with the need for a 3 way valve. The boiler contains cutting edge solid state electronics to control its gas valve, pilot light, fan and pump allowing for reduced number of moving parts and further increasing its reliability. The components that need servicing are even more accessible, helping to save you time and money.
All gas boilers need to be serviced annually to ensure that they’re running safely and efficiently, however, Intergas have introduced an innovative feature that means their Xclusive boilers can be serviced after 1,700 hours of operation instead. RF technology embedded in the boiler, alongside the intergas LAN Gateway enables the installer to track your boiler performance remotely. While this feature could help to save you time and money, it’s completely optional.
