Can be placed in an boiler house garage or outhouse environment.
This is a highly efficient unit and comes with an efficiency rating of 93% that gives it an ErP A rating. The output rating is 50kW which is the perfect size for homes with multiple bathrooms that have a higher demand for heating and hot water. Other outputs are available, ranging from 15-70kW, to help meet the requirements of many homes.
Within this boiler’s compact unit are a range of features that include a 2 or 4 door port option, front service access, a high-quality casing with a black texture finish, a multi-directional flue outlet, a pre-punched pipe access point and a conventional or balanced flue outlet. This boiler can also be used in tandem operation and is suitable for sealed systems.
As this is a Regular boiler, it needs to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. All of these parts mean that it’s not really suitable for smaller homes where space is limited.
