The Boiler House Classic BH2 regular oil boiler uses condensing technology to deliver a highly efficient and reliable appliance for your home. Designed by Mistral for installation in a boiler house, garage or outhouse environment, at just 410mm wide it is compact enough to be placed underneath a worktop. It has also been finished in a textured black casing.
This unit delivers an impressive 87% energy efficiency rating making it B-rated which should help to reduce your energy bills and lower your home’s carbon footprint. The output rating of 20-26kW makes the boiler perfect for smaller homes with a lower demand for heating and hot water such as those with one bathroom. It is also available for indoor or outdoor installation and is available in a wide range of output ratings from a 15kW to a 41kW. A non-condensing version is also available.
Key features include the option of a multi directional flue outlet to be used in conjunction with a pre punched pipe entry points; these are located on both the side and the back allowing for a quick and easy installation that could save you time and money. In addition it has a detachable front casing enabling easy access to aid servicing in the future.
As a Regular boiler it needs to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. This boiler comes with a 5 year warranty so you can rest assured the boiler is of high quality.
