The Boiler House Classic CBH3 regular oil boiler by Mistral is a condensing unit which is exceptionally quiet in operation. It is housed in a high quality black textured casing and is designed to be placed underneath a worktop in a boiler house, garage or outhouse environment. At just 410mm wide it should be able to be installed with ease.
This boiler has a 92% efficiency rating making it a A rated so you can minimise your energy bills and reduce carbon emissions. The output rating of 35kW makes the boiler perfect for larger homes with a higher demand for heating and hot water. It is also available as a non condensing boiler for indoor or outdoor installation, as well as it being available in a wide range of output ratings from a 15kW to a 41kW.
This unit comes with the option of a multi directional flue outlet to be used in conjunction with a pre punched pipe entry points; these are located on both the side and the back allowing for a quick and easy installation that could save you time and money. In addition it has a detachable front casing enabling easy access to aid commissioning and future servicing.
This highly reliable boiler is suitable for sealed systems and as a Regular boiler needs to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. This may mean it is not really suitable for smaller homes where space is limited.
