The Kitchen Utility Classic CKUT 1 Regular Oil Boiler is a condensing unit that comes with a wide variety of features and benefits.
Manufactured by Mistral, With it being designed as a floor standing boiler that is able to fit beneath a work surface. With this being shown through its high efficiency rating of 93%, giving the unit an ErP A rating.
Coming with an output rating of 20kW, this boiler is perfectly suited to smaller properties with one bathroom that don’t have such a high demand for heating and hot water. It also comes in a wide range of output options ranging from 15-41kW, and it’s available as a non-condensing boiler as well as condensing to make this unit suitable for any home’s heating demands. You’ll also have the option of making it an outdoor or indoor (utility room or kitchen) boiler.
Boasting quiet operation, Mistral have designed this unit to be easily placed underneath a standard worktop. And thanks to its compact size, only 410mm wide, it helps to save you that much needed space in your home.
The unit features a detachable high-quality white front casing to make access to the boiler easy. It’s fitted with a multi-directional flue outlet option that can be used with a pre-punched pipe entry point to allow for an easy and quick installation.
The boiler also features front servicing access, a multi-directional flue output, a conventional or balanced flue option, a plastic flue range up to 41 kW and pre-punched pipe access point.
As this is a Regular boiler it must be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. This means that it’s not really suitable for smaller homes where space is limited.
A 5 year warranty will give you the peace of mind that you’re well looked after by the manufacturer after the installation.
