The Kitchen Utility Classic KUT 1 is a highly reliable, non-condensing, floor standing Regular oil boiler, designed for a kitchen or utility room.
Designed and manufactured by Mistral, this is a highly efficient boiler, shown by its efficiency rating of 93%, making it A rated. An output of 20kW make the Classic KUT 1 perfect for smaller homes with 1 bathroom that don’t have such a high demand for heating and hot water. Should you require a different output, the range includes output ratings of 15kW all the way up to 70kW, meaning that you can find the right boiler for your home. You can also choose between having a condensing or non-condensing unit that can be installed either indoors or outdoors. This is a very compact unit, measuring at only 410mm wide, which means that it can easily fit under a standard work surface to help you save space around the home. Despite its small stature, there are a host of features that will benefit your home.
There are many features and benefits on offer with this boiler, such as extremely quiet operation, a Y section waterway heat exchanger, a 2 or 4 port option, front servicing, a high-quality casing, multi-directional flue outlet, conventional or balanced flue option, pre-punched pipe access points and it can be used in tandem operations as well as being suitable for sealed systems.
As a Regular boiler, it needs to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. All of this means that Regular boilers aren’t really suitable for properties where space is limited.
Available with a 5 year warranty, you’ll be well covered by the manufacturer long after installation.
