The Kitchen Utility Classic KUT4 is a non-condensing, regular oil boiler, designed to be installed in a kitchen or utility room. Manufactured by Mistral, the KUT 4 is a compact unit, measuring just 410mm in width, perfect for keeping it hidden away.
This is a highly efficient unit, as shown by its efficiency rating of 93% and A rating. An output rating of 41 kW makes this the perfect unit for larger properties, with multiple bathrooms, that have a high demand for heating and hot water. If this output isn’t suitable for your home, a range of other outputs are available too, from 15kW right up to 70kW, meaning that there’s a unit for just about any home.
There’s no limit on choice with the Utility Classic, as there are non-condensing or condensing units as well as models that can either be installed internally or externally. Whichever you decide on, there are many features, including extremely quiet operation, a white casing with high-quality finish, 2 or 4 port option, front servicing, multi-directional flue outlet, conventional or balanced flue options, pre-punched pipe access points, usable in tandem operations and its fully suitable for sealed systems.
As a regular boiler, it needs to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. Due to all of these external parts, this boiler isn’t really suitable for smaller homes with limited space.
Backed by a lengthy 5-year warranty, you can be sure that you're getting a highly reliable unit that won’t let you down.
