The Kitchen Utility KUT7 is a highly reliable, non-condensing, floor-standing, Regular oil boiler, designed to be installed in a kitchen or utility room.
Manufactured by Mistral, this is an extremely compact unit, measuring at just 500mm wide, so it’s able to fit under a standard work surface. Perfect for homes where space is limited. It comes with a an efficiency rating of 93%, which makes the boiler A rated, and has a high output rating of 68kW. This powerful output, makes the unit perfect for larger homes, with more than 1 bathroom, that have a high demand for heating and hot water.
This range of boilers has no shortage of choice, as you can choose between a condensing or non condensing unit that can be installed outdoors or indoors and a range of outputs, stretching from 15kW right up to 70kW.
There are many features and benefits with this boiler such as extremely quiet operation, a 2 or 4 port option, front servicing and multi-directional flue output, a conventional or balanced flue option, tandem operations and is suitable for sealed systems.
As a Regular boiler, it needs to be installed as part of a heating system, alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. This means that it’s not really suitable for smaller homes where space is limited. Featuring a 5-year warranty, you’ll be well covered by Mistral after the installation.
