The Outdoor Mega Combi Plus ODMC6 oil boiler is a non-condensing unit with a variety of features and benefits. It has been designed and manufactured by Mistral as a floor standing outdoor boiler and is finished in a high quality casing.
This boiler has a high efficiency rating of 86% making it an A rated appliance. The high output rating of 58kW and is perfectly suited for the larger homes with a higher demand for heating and hot water e.g. those with multiple bathrooms. This boiler is also available as a condensing boiler and in a range of other outputs between 41-70kW.
A key feature of this boiler is the integral 230V electric immersion heater which is installed in the heat store. This means that in the event of an oil failure (or when it is not required to fully operate) the boiler will provide a backup supply of domestic hot water through the immersion heater. It also has front servicing access, a multi directional flue outlet, pre punched pipe access point and is able to be used in tandem operations. Frost protection is fitted as standard to protect the unit water from freezing over in the cold months when the boiler is needed most.
As a Combi boiler this unit will supply heating and hot water on demand using the mains water supply. This means you don't need to have bulky tanks or storage cylinders. Mistral have included a 5 year warranty with this boiler to give you peace of mind that this unit is not going to let you down.
