The Outdoor Sealed System OD SS3 is a highly reliable, non-condensing oil boiler. It has been designed by Mistral as a floor standing outdoor unit. As a System boiler it will send hot water to the radiators and a sealed hot water storage cylinder for your taps, showers etc.
The important parts of the system are built into the boiler which makes it more compact and easier to service. It has been designed in a fully insulated weather resistant casing which has been zinc phosphated helping to give it maximum corrosion protection and finished in a green textured polyester coating to help it blend in with its outdoor surrounding.
This boiler includes the necessary components for direct coupling to a pre-installed water heating sealed system and is equipped with a circulating pump, a 12 litre expansion vessel, safety valve pressure gauge and an automatic air vent. These features deliver a high performance level with an efficiency rating of 93%.
This boiler has a 35kW output rating making it perfectly suited to larger sized homes with multiple bathrooms and a high demand for heating and hot water. It is also available in a range of other outputs from 15kW to 41kW so there will be a model to suit most homes. It is also available as a condensing unit. This boiler has been designed to be installed outside and has no indoor oil line so you can save space in the home and remove the risk of mess inside.
Other key features include outside access for servicing, a 2 or 4 port option, front servicing access, high quality casing, multi directional flue outlet, a pre punched pipe access point which can be used in tandem operations. All this is packed into unit with a width of only 480mm helping to save space in your garden.
