The Outdoor Sealed System OD SS4 Oil Boiler is a highly reliable boiler which comes with a variety of features and benefits.
Designed and manufactured by Mistral, this non-condensing boiler is highly efficient which is proven by its efficiency rating of 93% and ErP A rating. It comes with a 41 kW output which makes it perfectly suited to larger homes that have multiple bathrooms and a high demand for heating and hot water. The casing is zinc phosphated which means that this unit has optimum corrosion protection and also comes with an a polyester coated green texture finish.
This boiler is a floor standing unit, that’s supplied with the necessary components required for direct coupling and has a pre-installed water heating sealed system. The boiler is equipped with a circulating pump, 12 litre expansion vessel, safety valve pressure gauge and an automatic air vent. The model has a 2 or 4 port option, front servicing access, high-quality casing, a multi-directional flue outlet, a pre-punched pipe access point and can be used in tandem operations.
As an outdoor unit it will be well out of your way and as it only measures 480mm in width it won’t take up much space in the garden. It has no indoor oil line, which means no mess inside and it is well protected from the weather thanks to weather resistant, fully insulated casing and a frost stat as standard. This System boiler directly heats your central heating system and produces hot water for a storage cylinder. Most of the important parts of the hot water and heating system, such as the pump and expansion vessel, are built into a System boiler making it quicker and cleaner to install. You’ll also get a faster response to demand for heating and hot water and you don't need to have a feed and expansion tank in the loft as you do with a Regular boiler.
