The Boilerhouse B120HE Regular Oil Boiler is a highly reliable condensing floor standing unit that’s been designed for garage or boiler house applications.
Designed and manufactured by Warmflow, this unit comes housed in a blue leathergrain casing that’s highly durable. Within the casing is a highly efficient unit that has an efficiency rating of 90.8% and an ErP A rating. With an output rating of 33kW, this boiler is perfectly suited to medium-sized homes that don’t have such an excessive need for heating or hot water. Also available in a range of other outputs, there will be one to suit the needs of nearly any household.
Fitted with many features to offer lots of benefits including a highly efficient heat exchanger that can be easily accessed for servicing, the latest Riello burner technology making the boiler extremely quiet in operation, and a burner and thermostat are fitted with a condensate trap as standard. For ease of installation, the boiler has flow and return connections on the top, helping you to save time and money. This boiler is suitable for use with conventional flues or with multi-optional HE ‘Easy Fit’ Balanced Flue System.
As a Regular unit, it incorporates a boiler, extended controls, a hot water cylinder, that’s often fed by a cold water storage cistern located in the loft, and a feed and expansion cistern. Due to this, it’s not really suitable for homes where space is limited. However, thanks to the unit’s compact size, it will save space over many other Regular system.
Available with a 7 year warranty, you’ll be well covered after the installation.
