Designed and manufactured by Warmflow, the Utility HE U150HE Regular Oil Boiler is a condensing unit that comes with an efficiency rating of 93% and an ErP A rating.
Featuring an output rating of 44kW, this unit is perfectly suitable for larger homes with multiple bathrooms that have a high demand for heating and hot water. It’s also available in a range of other outputs from 15-44kW, which help to make it suitable for just about any home. You can also opt to have this boiler pre-wired or pre-pumped.
Thanks to measurements of 865 mm high by 412mm wide, this unit is compact and can fit under a standard work surface to help save space in your home. Housed in a stylish pre-coated white casing are many features including a Riello RDB2.2 and 3.2 burner as standard and an optional 7 day digital programmer that’s mounted within the boiler casing. It’s suitable for use with conventional flues or with the multi-optional HE ‘Easy Fit’ balanced flue system. As a Regular boiler, it needs to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, cold water storage tank and a feed and expansion tank. Due to all of this, it isn’t suitable for small homes where space is limited. However, it is available as a System and Combi boiler too which don’t require as many parts so are suited to smaller homes.
With a 5 year warranty, you’ll be covered by the manufacturer long after the installation.
