The E-Tec 15R 20kW is a wall mounted, condensing, Regular boiler that runs on gas and has been designed and manufactured by Alpha.
A high-efficiency rating of 92% and an ErP A rating for heat make the E-Tec 15R an extremely efficient Regular boiler that will help you to save money on your energy bills. An output of 20kW makes it suitable for medium sized homes that don’t have such an excessive need for heating and hot water. The E-Tec range includes boilers with several other output ratings: 15kW and 25kW. So if your home doesn’t have such an excessive need for heating and hot water, there’s a unit for you too.
This compact unit is able to fit in small spaces thanks to having dimensions of 600mm x 390mm x 305mm, which means that this boiler can save you some much-needed space in your home. A weight of only 27kg makes the boiler very lightweight allowing for a quick installation which will help to save you money.
Regular boilers incorporate a boiler, extended controls, a hot water cylinder, often fed by a cold water storage cistern located in the loft, and a feed and expansion cistern, also located in the loft. Due to all of these parts, Regular boilers aren’t always suitable for smaller homes or properties where space is limited. Designed for use with an open-vented or Alpha sealed system kit.
