A weight of only 27kg makes the boiler very lightweight allowing for a quick installation which will help to save you money. A high-efficiency rating of 92% and an ErP A rating for heat make the E-Tec 15R an extremely efficient Regular boiler that will help you to save money on your energy bills. An output of 25kW makes it suitable for larger homes with more than one bathroom and a high demand for heating and hot water. The E-Tec range includes boilers with several other output ratings: 15kW and 20kW. So if your home doesn’t have such an excessive need for heating and hot water, there’s a unit for you too.
Regular boilers, also known as Heat-only or Conventional units, incorporate a boiler, extended controls, a hot water cylinder, often fed by a cold water storage cistern located in the loft, and a feed and expansion cistern, also located in the loft. Due to all of these parts, Regular boilers aren’t always suitable for smaller homes or properties where space is limited. Designed for use with an open-vented or Alpha sealed system kit.
