The IR40 Regular gas boiler from ATAG is a highly reliable condensing boiler. It has been designed as a wall mounted, compact boiler with dimensions of just 700x440x355mm making it perfectly suited for a quick and easy installation. This boiler has an impressive efficiency rating of 89.8% making it an A rated boiler. The high output rating of 40kW means it is perfectly suited for larger homes with a higher demand for heating and hot water. Other lower output versions are available starting from 15kW.
This boiler features simple to use controls to help give you maximum control over the unit. Key features include the unique iCon heat exchanger which has a lifetime replacement guarantee. This unit can be combined with an ATAG iSteel hot water tank and includes an extensive flue solution meaning you can be flexible in where the boiler is installed.
As a Regular boiler it needs to be installed as part of a heating system alongside a hot water storage cylinder, a cold water tank and a feed and expansion tank. This means this unit may not be suitable for smaller homes where space maybe limited.
A warranty of up to 14 years is available on the ATAG iR40 boiler if installed with a ONEZone smart controller, Adey Atom filter and water treatment pack. Without these optional extras, you'll still be covered by an extensive 10 year warranty as standard.
