The Advance combi boiler by Biasi is a gas fired, wall mounted unit. While the boiler is extremely compact in size it utilises condensing technology to deliver up to 12 litres of hot water per minute with a high efficiency rating of 92%. As a Combi boiler it will supply your home with hot water and heating on demand directly from the mains water supply. This means you don't need to have a bulky tank or cylinder.
This boiler has an output rating of 25.1 kW making it perfectly suited for the smaller home with one bathroom and not such an excessive need for heating and hot water. For larger homes there is also a 30kW and 35kW model available.
The high grade stainless steel coil heat exchanger is extremely robust yet still efficient, with the coil oval section allowing the system water to flow freely to prevent dirt and debris. For easy use and maintenance there is a visible pressure gauge, simplistic controls and an optional switchable mechanical clock. Built in weather compensation technology means the boiler to automatically adjusts in line with the outside temperature. This means on colder days the boiler will work harder to heat your home and will conserve energy on warmer days. You receive a 5 year warranty as standard with this boiler for real peace of mind.
