The Vortex Eco Wall Hung System Boiler is an oil boiler which uses condensing technology and is designed to be wall mounted. The unit is part of a range by Grant featuring an award winning condensing heat exchanger, an ecoflam MAX1 burner, multi directional flue, removable control box and internal condensate trap with external options available. All of these features allow for a highly reliable unit which you can be sure won’t let you down.
This boiler has an efficiency rating of 90.5% making the unit A rated and an output rating of 16-21kW making it perfect for the smaller to medium sized homes with only one bathroom and not such an excessive need for heating or hot water. There are other outputs available ranging from 12kW to 21kW. This boiler is exceptionally quiet in operation.
As a System boiler it will directly heat your central heating system and produce hot water for a storage cylinder. Most of the important parts of the hot water and heating system, such as the pump and expansion vessel, are built in on a system boiler making it quicker and cleaner to install. This also means you get a faster response to demand for heating and hot water, plus you don't need to have a feed and expansion tank in the loft. This unit also includes warranty of 2 years.
