Smaller than the Grant Vortex Eco boiler the Grant Vortex Pro External won't clog up valuable space inside your home because as the name suggests the boiler has been designed to fit outside your home.
Plus it's factory-wired for an optional RF (Radio Frequency) wireless programmer so it can be remotely controlled from any room in the house.
This floor-mounted boiler is more efficient than similar boilers in the Vortex External ECO range too - it has a SEDBUK efficiency rating of 90.7%.
It's suited to homes that have a low central heating demand. So if your demand is on the high side you will need a boiler with a higher output: 26kW 36kW and 46kW versions are also available in the range.
As with other Grant Vortex heat only oil boilers the Pro External 21kW can be supplied with an optional kit to make the conversion from an open vented boiler into a sealed system boiler.
The Grant Vortex Pro External boiler weighs 117kg and measures 88x39x95cm.
It's covered by a standard 2 year warranty and a five year guarantee for the heat exchanger. The Energy Savings Trust recommend this boiler.
