Product Description

The Logic Max Heat H12, designed and manufactured by Ideal, is a condensing regular gas boiler that’s the perfect fit for homes with low demands for central heating.

How efficient is the Logic Max Heat H12?

Designed with efficiency in mind, the H12 is 93% efficient and has been given an ErP A-rating for heat, so it could help to lower your heating bills.

Is the output rating suitable for my home

The H12 has a central heating output rating of 12kW, making it perfectly suited to smaller homes with a low demand for heating and around 10 radiators.

Are there any options in the Logic Max Heat range?

If your home requires a more powerful boiler then the Logic Max range also includes models with outputs of 15kW, 18kW, 24kW and 30kW.

Is a regular boiler suitable for my home?

As a regular boiler, this unit is best suited to older properties looking to replace an old regular boiler with a modern one. It will heat your central heating system directly and produce hot water for a cylinder. As a hot water cylinder is essential, fed by a cold water storage cistern located in the attic, this boiler type isn’t suitable for smaller properties where space is limited.

How long is the warranty period?

Available with a 10 year warranty, that can be extended to 12 years when installed by a Max Accredited installer, you’ll be getting the peace of mind that this unit will be heating your home long after the installation.

What are the key features of the Logic Max Heat H12?

Logic Max Heat boilers have been fitted with a number of features, including a large digital display to give you maximum control, full compatibility with Ideal controls and it’s been designed to be easy to install, commission and service, helping to save you time and money.

How big is this boiler?

The H12 is a compact unit, allowing you to hide it away in a kitchen cupboard.
