The Compact 29A is a combi gas boiler made by Vokera. It has a high output of 29kW and is also available in another output of 25kW.
As well as it having an high output this boiler also has an efficiency rating of 89%, making it an B rated boiler. It is an entry level condensing combi boiler.
This is a user friendly boiler with it being simple and easy to operate, helping to maximize the comfort of your home. It is a compact unit with very small dimensions of 715mm (H) x 405mm (W) x 248mm (D), making it a boiler that is perfect for smaller homes or where space is limited - it can even fit neatly within most standard sized kitchen cupboards.
It has a flow rate of 11.9 l/min meaning there is no need for storage cylinders or tanks. This boiler comes with 2 years parts and labour warranty.
There are OK. I have 2 fitted in separate rental properties. One has had British Gas out twice, the other has been trouble free. The syphon on combi boilers is basically just a water trap on the condensate drain. I think the size of the trap is a little small and this means that if it isn't cleared every year religiously it can block and cause the boiler to go into fault. 2 minutes cleans it out. I fits serviced it will be OK.
This boiler has barely worked since it was installed. It has broken down time after time. Absolute rubbish!
These boilers are absolute rubbish. I had one installed 29 months ago by Help Link. In that time I have had 3 breakdowns (2 siphons blocked and a fan failure). Would never buy a Vokers boiler again
