The Enerwa ErP Plus 24 is a condensing Combi gas boiler that’s been designed and manufactured by Warmhaus.
Featuring an output rating of 24 kW, the Enerwa Plus ErP suits homes with a higher demand for heating and hot water as well as properties with 2 or more bathrooms. If you’re looking for a more powerful unit, there are models with central heating output ratings of 28 kW and 33 kW available too. As well as being a powerful unit, it’s also highly efficient, with an efficiency rating of 92% and an ErP A rating for heating and hot water. It also boasts a flow rate of 14.8 litres a minute.
This is a compact wall mountable unit that has a width of just 288mm, which means that it’s able to fit in narrow places and can be installed in any room from the kitchen to a balcony.
Despite its compact size, there’s plenty of room for lots of features that will greatly benefit your home. Some of these features include a high continuous productivity of up to 108%, low gas and electricity consumption, a stainless steel heat exchanger, gas adaptive control system, an 8 litre expansion tank and a simultaneous double tap feeding hot water capacity. It’s quiet in operation, with low heat loss and is available as natural gas or LPG boiler. On top of all of this, it features a 1:10 modulation with high savings, an electronic control power pump and an LCD control panel with black and orange display to give you maximum control over the unit.
As this is a Combi boiler, it supplies hot water and heating on demand by using the mains water supply. This means you don’t need to have bulky tanks or cylinders making them perfect for smaller homes or homes where space is limited.
