A wide modulation ratio of 1:10 allows the unit to drop its power output to as low as 3 kW - reducing the power needed for the unit to operate.

Combi boilers have a central heating (CH) and domestic hot water (DHW) output. The Minerwa 25 has a CH output of 25 kW and DHW output of 31 kW. This makes it well suited for installation in a property with a sngle bathroom and around 10 radiators.
