Had my boiler upgrade and move completed today. I dealt with Dave over the phone/email and John and Brandon during the completion of the work all very friendly and knowledgeable. The work itself was carried out to good standard as far as I can tell took a little longer that originally quoted 3 days in total but also had a new shower fitted at the same time. Brandon is a great asset to the company! The only reason I haven’t scored 5 is because of the remedial work that will need to be carried out due to scuffed walls, dirty handprints on paintwork, and a stain on the carpet. Which I didn’t really expect and was a little disappointed by so will feed this back.

It seems everyone wants you to give feedback for everything they do these days, it's therefore a rarity I do so, but in this instance I will make an exception.
It's so very refreshing and extremely rare that someone turns up when they're supposed to, actually does the job to a high standard (my standards are high) and at a competitive rate, and if that wasn't enough, who is pleasant and courteous.
