Jon arrived just a couple of days after our first call, assessed the work that needed to be done and was great at explaining everything we needed to know - especially helpful as we were changing from a gravity-fed to a pressurised system.
Less than a week later, BHS engineer Elliot turned up and was very polite and efficient in installing our new boiler, and was able to calmly overcome a couple of niggles that came with the install.
I highly recommend Berkshire Heating Services and no doubt we will be using them again in future.

I used Boiler Guide to find someone to replace my 40 year old, floor mounted, gas boiler. I was surprised when I actually received a call within 30 minutes as stated on the website (especially as it was a Saturday). After a brief conversation Mark agreed to come the following week and his quotation was with me the day after. On his visit I asked for additional work (replacement of nine radiator thermostatic valves) and he included this in his quote.
Suffice it to say I now have a new boiler, controllable radiators and a warm house. No fuss, no mess, and a pleasant team to interact with.
Mark honoured his quotation (which was very competitive) and made sure we were completely happy before leaving. Would I use Action Heating again – absolutely!

Prompt and efficient. The quote was competitive and availability to replace our broken boiler was quicker than I’d anticipated, it being so close to Christmas holidays.
Mark and James, who completed the install were polite, and knowledgable and got the job done speedily.
One radiator didn’t work after they’d left, which I messaged them, and they were on the doorstep at 8.00am next day to clear the airlock.
